GPF-SN recrute un HR Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist the HR Specialist in recruitment process : publications, collect & sorting CV, schedule interviews
  • Draft and send contracts to Labour Inspection
  • Staff files constitution: ensure that all staff completed their files
  • Update HR Tools (Personal Report, Duration contracts file, Leaves Record, HR dashboard, …)
  • Filing & recording HR documents
  • Assist the HR Specialist and the HR Manager in training programs
  • Take in charge staff requests

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in HR management;
  • At least 2 year experience in HR & Admin management;
  • Good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication and solve complex problems skills;
  • English can be used as working language
